There has been some discussions directly with me via phone, emails and text with regards to the Global Top 10 monthly rankings. With regards to this and to help answer questions others might have but have not asked, I am posting some information to help with how we establish our rankings. As I said last month we have now formulated a series of formulas in order to try and accurately rank proxy racing builders. Each month any builder that races in anyone of the 4-6 proxy venues (which we are aware of) automatically gets put into our spreadsheet. This is a timely task which takes place each month and all the kudos should go out to Carolina Gravity for putting in so much time!!! The results have zero bias to them as the formula can only take into consideration actual results. We have a point system available to all builder which gives credit for running in multiple leagues each month, regardless of the league. (In a nutshell, everytime you race each month, you get points!) As each league holds their races, Carolina then goes into the charts and inputs each an every builder who raced at that particular venue. Even if the builder races once in a blue moon or in a single race class, they still are logged into the charts. Our rankings are year to date (YTD) rankings, which means it only takes into consideration the results of that year. We are in 2011 so any results coming before January 1, 2011 are not relevant to the 2011 results (just to be clear). When a builder misses an entire month of racing, it will effect their overall rankings. When a builder races in multiple leagues in a month this can help to boost their overall ranking. We are not trying to determine who is the fastest THAT MONTH, rather the YTD results. Knowing who the fastest is each month is as simple as looking at the individual venue results for such information. We are trying to help influence the overall growth of proxy league racing, not influence where or when builders choose to race.Example: Cash Racing is a proxy race league monster!!! Last month he raced at four different race venues (I think?!) (wipr, pwdr, ccrl, pddr). The multi-league bonus is helping him along with is strong finishes across multiple race divisions, to remain at the top of our Global Top 10. We encourage all builders to participate at multi-venues, multiple times per month; of course with regards to personal finances which constrain us all. No excuses are necessary with regards to racing as it is up to each builder to establish their own rapport from league to league. We are not here to pass judgement on the relationships individuals have with leagues, however have the strength of your convictions to act as you speak, will go a long way in determining your rapport with a particular league. With all that being said, I have screen captured the Top 30 builders according to actual race results. Below is our records.

Thank you to Shade, Mood, and Carolina (if I left anybody out, I appologize) for the hard work it takes to accurately access racing on a strictly performance basis. I believe that is the only true representation of what is going on in the PWD League World!
