You can post youtube videos and they can be seen in the forum.
First you need a video url:
example: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JbjuCZ7xdI
Next you will add youtube tags to your video url:
Those tags will go around your video url in order for it to show up in the forum.
Finished example:
[video src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JbjuCZ7xdI"][/video]
If you have done this correctly what you see below would be the result.
