Motortrend did an interview highlighting this car a couple of weeks ago. Guess everybody missed it.

The car looks like a Rolls Phantom.
As for the person, the only name that sticks out to me would be James Hetfeild from Metallica. He really loves his cars and has a rather large collection of them.

their IV album rocked hard!!
