OK, got the paint to stick, the silver had a reaction with the clear coat but still turned out ok. Named it Troublemaker. Hope you all like. Attachments:

I used Papilio inkjet water slide decal paper, just print from pc and let ink dry, spray clear on decal sheet and let dry, cut and dip in water, slide decal in place..

ive used that in the past as well.
get yourself a nice sharp exacto knife
slowly cut around your decals you can trim off the excess paper and almost get it down to your image
be careful when applying it. make sure to let it slide off the paper onto the car. then youll get no roll ups.
i then shoot clear over the decal and the car, then take 800+ grit and wet sand around the edges outward, lightly. then go back and shoot your clear coat how you normally do. this will help hide its a decal and make it almost look blended in like a paint job.
